Self-esteem is essentially how we feel about ourselves and this often times affects the way we relate to others. This workshop focuses on helping women develop healthy self-esteem and an understanding that they can achieve anything they put their minds to. The workshop will create an environment where  uniqueness, achievements and passions are encouraged, and will cover the following:

  • Confidence boosting and improving self-esteem
  • Developing skills to build and improve relationships at home and work
  • Increasing personal drive, motivation to achieve goals and have better outcomes
  • Developing interpersonal skills, expressing yourself and communicating effectively
  • Exploring potential, pushing boundaries and becoming more assertive.
